Permanent placements
We generally perform all of our searches on a contingent basis which means that you only pay Westrow Recruiting Solutions a fee if you hire our candidate. While we are extremely confident that you will like our great candidates, utilizing a contingent search model means that there is no downside risk for you in seeing our candidates in conjunction with your own search efforts. You can definitely interview candidates that apply to your own ad, and we would suggest that at the same time you interview our shortlist of great candidates so that you can pick the best one for what you are looking for. You will only experience the upside advantage of seeing additional candidates before making your hiring decision to make sure you have the best candidate for the role. You might as well look at all candidates to make sure you find the right candidate, regardless of if they are your applicant or our candidate.
Executive searches (retained searches)
We can also do executive level and C-suite roles on a retained search basis – this is a much more formalized process and we can gladly discuss this with you further should the need come up.
Temporary/contract
We charge an hourly fee for our temporary/contract candidates. The rate is fully dependent on the candidate that you select for your engagement. We strive to make sure that we are paying our candidates fairly when they work for you.
Non-profit rates
Is your organization a non-profit, we do offer a preferred rate for our NPO clients.
